Enfield Island Village Trust is responsible for maintaining the common areas in Enfield Island Village. These include the open parkways, playgrounds, the ecology area, the ornamental canal, bridges, and some unadopted roads and pathways. We also sign some legal paperwork when you buy or sell your property.
The Trust’s Managing Agent, Rendall and Rittner Ltd manage these areas of responsibility on a daily basis. They can be contacted as follows:
