The Trust employs Rendall and Rittner Ltd (R&R) as their Managing Agent who manage the running of the trust’s responsibilities. It is important that your query is directed to the correct person or department.
Enfield Island Village Trust is responsible for maintaining the Community Centre and Common Areas in Enfield Island Village. These include the open parkways, playgrounds, the ecology area, the ornamental canal, bridges, and some un-adopted roads and pathways. We also sign some legal paperwork when you buy or sell your property.
Please note we are not a Block Management Company. We have no affiliation with these companies. We do not maintain blocks of flats, houses, or issue a Services Charge or Ground Rent.
