We will be holding the adjourned Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Thursday the 21st January 2021 online via Microsoft Teams to comply with current Covid-19 restrictions relating to the gathering of people for large meetings.
We thank those that did attend and welcomed the question and queries raised on the 3rd December 2020, but as we were not quorate no voting could take place. Please see the bottom of this post for links to presentations made during the meeting by the Chair and Rendall & Rittner.
Microsoft Teams has been selected to host this video conference meeting, as it allows many people to participate, is secure and easy to use.
Please note that this year’s meeting is restricted to Members of EIVT only. If you are a member (you don’t automatically become one when you purchase a property on the Island) then hopefully you would have received your invitation by post and/or email.
If not, please fill out the membership form and send a photo or scan of your completed form to enquiries@eiv.org.uk where we will send out an invite to the meeting via email if accepted for membership.
We have vacancies for two Trustees should we receive nominations – we need your help! Only Members without overdue rent charge debts may be elected as Trustees. If you would like to be a Trustee, please fill in the nomination form and submit it to the Trust in the same way as noted above for the membership form.
